MINISTRY OPPORTUNITIES:

THERE WILL BE A CONGREGATIONAL MEETING on Sunday July 15^th at 1:00 pm following a meal put on by the youth ministry to raise funds for their trip to New Orleans.  There will be discussion about the plan to dispose of the "stuff" left in the old building and the old building itself.

NO MIDWEEK SERVICE this Wednesday July 11^th.

ATTENTION LADIES:  We will NOT have our Believing God Bible study this week, Thursday, July 12th. The study will resume 7:00 PM on Thursday, July 19th.

VBS Offering- If you would like to contribute financially to help offset the expense of our Vacation Bible School Outreach please make checks payable to Oakdale C.E. Department and write VBS in the memo line. Checks can be placed in the Sunday offering. Thank you.

SCRAPBOOKING!!! Finally our first Saturday for scrapbooking in our new church.  Saturday July 14^th from 1:00 pm to 10 pm.  It’s come and go.  Come with a craft to do or hang out for some girl time.  Bring a snack and some cash if you want some pizza for supper.

VOLUNTEERS are needed to mow the old site and Valley View Park depending on when it rains.  A sign up sheet is in the work room.

A CLASS ON BAPTISM will be offered for all who are interested in learning more about Christian Baptism.  This class will be led by Pastor Clint and will meet today and next Sunday July 15 during the Sunday School hour in the Adult Sunday School room.

BAPTISMAL SERVICE:  If you desire to make a public profession of faith in Christ by baptism please talk with Pastor Clint or Pastor Mark.  We are planning a baptismal service for Sunday, August 12. 

YOU ARE INVITED to an open house in honor of John and Marilyn Aiken’s 50^th anniversary on July 22^nd from 2-4 pm at the Arthur Evangelical Free Church.

 Attention all Jr. and Sr. High Students! We need your help at KingdomQuest Vacation Bible School! If you can help all 5 mornings the week of July 9-13 please call or e-mail Mark Anderson and let him know.

New Orleans Team- We've scheduled a fundraiser meal for Sunday, July 15 immediately after the morning worship service. Please be here to help. This will be the only fundraiser we will do before the trip. Please be working on your support letters! (Or raising your money some other way.)

New Orleans Team- We will have a final Team Meeting/Training Session on Wednesday, July 18th at 8:00pm. Please make sure you're here for this meeting. (Start planning for a morning departure on Friday, July 20th.)

New Orleans Team- We will meet at 10:00 am this Saturday (July 14) to prepare for our fundraiser meal.  Please do your best to be here.  Parents are welcome to help also.
