MINISTRY OPPORTUNITIES:

YOU ARE INVITED  to a graduation reception for Anna Hatten this afternoon from 2:00 – 4:00 pm at the church.

THERE WILL BE A CONGREGATIONAL MEETING on Sunday July 15^th at 1:00 pm following a meal put on by the youth ministry to raise funds for their trip to New Orleans.

SET-UP FOR JULY 4^TH PICNIC will be Doug Stout’s small group.  Clean-up will be Gene Petersen’s small group.

Special Wednesday night Bible Study on Death, Resurrection, and Eternal Life.  Come out to Oakdale this Wednesday night at 7:00PM.  We will have the opportunity to hear from a few people who have experienced the death of loved ones very close to them.  This study is for youth and adults.  Acorn Bible club will meet for children and nursery care is provided. 

VBS Offering- If you would like to contribute financially to help offset the expense of our Vacation Bible School Outreach please make checks payable to Oakdale C.E. Department and write VBS in the memo line. Checks can be placed in the Sunday offering. Thank you.

A CLASS ON BAPTISM will be offered for all who are interested in learning more about Christian Baptism.  This class will be led by Pastor Clint and will meet for two Sundays, July 8 and July 15 during the Sunday School hour. 

BAPTISMAL SERVICE:  If you desire to make a public profession of faith in Christ by baptism please talk with Pastor Clint or Pastor Mark.  We are planning a baptismal service for Sunday, August 12. 

THANK YOU to all who have participated via prayer and financial contributions in helping us welcome Rodica Profiri into our home and our community.  She is a special young lady and we greatly appreciate the involvement of Oakdale in this process.  Blessings to you all for sharing Christ's love in such a tangible way.

 Attention all Jr. and Sr. High Students! We need your help at KingdomQuest Vacation Bible School! If you can help all 5 mornings the week of July 9-13 please call or e-mail Mark Anderson and let him know.

New Orleans Team- We've scheduled a fundraiser meal for Sunday, July 15 immediately after the morning worship service. Please be here to help. This will be the only other fundraiser we will do before the trip. Please be working on your support letters! (Or raising your money some other way.)

New Orleans Team- We will have a final Team Meeting/Training Session on Wednesday, July 18th at 8:00pm. Please make sure you're here for this meeting. (Start planning for a morning departure on Friday, July 20th.)
