MINISTRY OPPORTUNITIES:

Men’s Theological Reading Group  will be starting a new book in January!  Men, if you would like to join us as we read, “The Holiness of God.” by R. C. Sproul please talk with Pastor Clint.  Our next meeting will be Friday, Jan. 11, 6:30 AM at the Family Table in Cherokee.  We will discuss chapter 1 of “The Holiness of God.”

Prayer Emphasis Week.   Beginning January 6 we will have a prayer emphasis week here at Oakdale.  We are planning to hold special prayer meetings here on Sunday, Jan 6 – Wednesday Jan 9 beginning at 7 PM.  We will have our regular Wednesday night program, but with an emphasis on prayer.  Come and help us seek the Lord for the good of our church and our world.

A BLACK MEN’S full length dress coat with leather gloves in the pockets was taken by mistake 2 weeks ago.  A women ‘s size 16 was left behind.  Please check your closet to see if you took this coat accidentally.

No Youth Group this Wednesday. We'll start up youth group for students in 7th-12th grade on Wednesday, January 9th at 7:00pm. See you then!

Winter Blast Winter Retreat for students in 6th-8th grade is coming up January 25-27. Winter Blast takes place at Hidden Acres and costs $70 per student. Talk to Mark Anderson about registering for this awesome retreat.
