DEAR OAKDALE WOMEN, Thank you for all the kindness you have shown Ellie and me during our visit home. The "welcome home party" was wonderful (except for some of those pictures of me in junior high!! J and way more than I expected. Thanks also for the love offering from the party and for Christmas as well. Your love and generosity are always much appreciated and a great demonstration of the love of Jesus! We look forward to spending the holiday season here at Oakdale with family and friends! IMPACT- If you're interested in going to IMPACT (High School Winter Retreat in Des Moines December 28-30) your registration form and $125 payment are due TODAY! Talk to Mark Anderson by the end of today if you want to go.

Youth Group: All Jr. High and High School students are encouraged to join us this Wednesday night for youth group at 7:00pm. There will be food, fun, and a Bible study entitled, "What is Prayer?" Make sure to invite your friends.

Youth Group Christmas Party: All Jr. High and High School students are invited to our "Elf Bowling" Party next Sunday night from 7:00-8:30pm. The party will be at the Marcus Bowl. $4.00 covers 1 game, shoes, snacks, and a soft drink. Each additional game is $2.50. Prizes will be awarded to the person with the best elf costume and the person with the highest first game score. Don't miss this FUN night!
